Instant Digital Delivery

All products at EmpyreanFX — patches, presets, drum samples, guitar tabs, MIDI files, and backing tracks — are 100% digital. There is no physical product and nothing is ever shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, your files are available for immediate download.

How Delivery Works

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a direct download link, and your files will also be available in your account. Most orders are ready to download within seconds of payment confirmation.

Download Link Expiration

Your download link is active for 24 hours after purchase. We recommend downloading and saving your files to a secure location (external drive, cloud storage, etc.) as soon as you receive them. If your link expires before you’ve downloaded your files, contact us and we’ll be happy to reissue it.

File Access Issues

If you don’t receive your download email, first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t locate it, or run into any issue accessing your files, email us at info@empyreanfx.com and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
