How do I get my download after purchase?
Your download link will be included within the purchase receipt that is sent to the email address associated with your purchase after payment. The download link will appear as the title of the product you purchased, highlighted in blue.
I’ve paid, where is my purchase receipt?
Please allow up to 5 minutes for purchase receipt delivery. Your purchase receipt is sent to the email associated with your payment. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
How long is my download link active?
Your download link will be active for 24 hours after you’ve completed your purchase.

Once the item has shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 days depending on location, weather, and USPS operations. Please view our Shipping Policy page for more details.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us prior to return and indicate via email (info@empyreanfx.com) what item is being returned and include the reason for the return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returns. All sale items are final sales and may not be returned.
