Returns and Refunds Policy
Digital Products
Because all EmpyreanFX products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer traditional returns. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final — this is standard practice across digital marketplaces, since downloaded files cannot be “returned” the way a physical product can.
When We Will Issue a Refund
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for corrupted or defective files — we’ll replace them instead. We will issue a refund in these cases:
- Wrong item — if you were charged for or received the wrong product
- Compatibility issue not disclosed on the product page — if the product page didn’t clearly state the required hardware/software and the files are incompatible with your setup
We will issue a replacement (not a refund) in this case:
- Defective or corrupted files — if the files you received are damaged, incomplete, or won’t open, we’ll send you a working copy at no charge
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@empyreanfx.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
- Change of mind after download
- You purchased the wrong product for your hardware (please check the compatibility section on each product page before buying, or contact us first if you’re unsure)
- The download link expired due to the 24-hour access window (contact us — we’re happy to reissue a valid link, this doesn’t require a refund)
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final and not eligible for refund, except in cases of defective files as outlined above.
